Hey :) this is my journey to fitness blog. My name is Bethany, and I love you. <3 I'll be blogging the things that inspire me to keep healthy, and I'll keep you updated on my journey to fitness! I'm 5'7"ish, and have a lot left to loose.
It would mean a lot to me if you send me an exercise. Anything from 20 sit ups to going for an hour walk, to 100 jumping jacks to 50 squats, anything would be awesome and inspiring. <3

Butt appreciation! The first photo was taken sometime before the 2013 new year and I haven’t really worked out since I took that photo. I started seriously training February of 2013 and this is what a few short weeks of working hard has done for me!
